Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.

  • Items must be returned with original tags and packaging intact.

  • Items purchased during sales, discounts, or promotions may not be eligible for return.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or product, please mention it in your return request. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping may be deducted from your refund depending on the case.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will replace it at no additional cost.
